Docs in Lithuania stated on Friday that they had eliminated over a kilogram of nails and screws from the abdomen of a person who began swallowing metallic objects after quitting alcohol.
The person, who was not recognized for causes of affected person confidentiality, was admitted to hospital within the Baltic port metropolis of Klaipeda with extreme stomach ache.
An X-ray of his abdomen confirmed up items of metallic—some measuring as much as 10 centimetres (4 inches).
